Rainy Season is known as Monsoon. It is time to rejuvenate all the living things on the world. Monson comes after hot summer and it is season that makes us refresh.It brings not only refresh for us but also few problem for our health and beauty. However if we take few precations then can get rid of this problem.

We have to be careful about our food drinking water.We should remember that rainy season makeour digestion weak .Human body lose natural resistance of common diseases.Anyone can suffers from various disease such as cough, cold, flu, poor digestion, jaundice, typhoid, and dysentery. skin related problems such as abscess, prickly heat, and eczema are also very common and skin is the most vulnerable to disease during the days of rainseason.

We should take few steps to be healthy during rainy season: 

1.Drink enough water before dehydrated your skin during rainy season.

2.Sleep enough time at night and avoid sleep at day time.

3.Whenever you will get dreanched by the rain dry your head body and feet carefully and shower before its.

4. Always use light dress should not wear jeans which take long time to dry.

5. Always carry something what can protect yourself from the downpour and acidity of this rain. Raincoat or an umbrella perfect for us.

6.Always we should keep our accomodition and surroundings dry and clean, neat and tidy. Viruses will attack you if your body temperature goes down therefore keep your body warm, dry and clean.

7.Keep some medicine and antiseptic liquids like dettol or savlon handy with you what can be needed for you.

8.Before eating wash all fruits and vegetables what collect dirt from the streets.During rainy season digestion is weakened therefore eat enough amount of Garlic, pepper, ginger, asafoetida and coriander help enhance digestion and improve immunity.

9. Use mosquito repellants, creams and nets if you live in such kind of place what is mosquito-prone area.

10.Do not ear uncook food mostly salad.

11.Be carefull that your kids are not playing in muddy or in stagnant polluted water filled puddles.

12. Do not enter air conditioned room with wet air body or dress it really silent harmful for you.

13.Take excercise as well as other season.

14.Always use sturdy footwear or tight shoe that will give you protection to avoid slipping or falling.

15.Drink enough herbal tea those are antibacterial and eat warm food.

16.Use a good soap when you shower and use a proper cream for looking you perfect.
