 Health Tips For Skin Care:
Today we will talk about skin care specially how we can save our skin from summer hot sun shine.Summer is the really rough and awfully specially for the tropical country such as India, Pakistan, United Arab Emirates.Exposure to the Summer season sun shine not only cause of skin dryness but also decrease the age of skin. The statistic shown that without burning, moderate sun exposure able to break down the skin specially cause of triggers the activation of enzymes. Summer hot sunshine is also responsible for thin, fragile skin, winking, easy bruising etc.
However' prevention is the better than cure' we can not change our weather but if we be little conscious we can save us from deep problem. Now i am going to discus about how to get rid of summer sun shine.
Actually there are three kind of skin we can see:
1.Normal skin type
2. Dry skin care
3.Oily skin care
Normal Skin                                Dry Skin                                        Oily Skin

Now we will describe about Skin Care:
1.Normal skin Care
Defination:This type of skin is not dry not oily.Little difficult to maintain.
Morning Preparation:Use ice of your whole face at morning before face wash. It will close your pores and decrease perspiration
Food items: This season everybody should try to avoid meet and Junk food and should eat all kind of fruits eat Cucumber juice mixed with milk is the best of all cleansers.
Dress and outdoor activities: Not only Normal skin but also dry and oily skin everybody should use umbrella to protect sun shine and wear that’s kind of dress what is not casual dress just get normal dress. It should not be long or not should be short just comfortable. Whenever you will go out site wash your face and do same when you will come back from outside.
What should use in our face : Use some lemon juice to your face cream and apply for 10 minutes, massage and wash off with fresh plane water for healthier, softer and rosier skin. Oats, which have high fiber content, are good for your skin too. Mix oats with honey, yogurt and ground almonds. Apply this on your face, leave it for ten minutes and wash with lukewarm water. Cucumber juice mixed with milk is the best of all cleansers.
2. Dry skin care:
Defination:This kind of skin is not oily.Little difficult to maintain because this skin get more perspiration.
Morning Preparation:At a morning dry skin need use moisterising cream after washing his face by fresh water.
Food items: Everybody should eat fruits with vegetable but no doubt that have to drink more water before feel thirsty
Dress and outdoor activities: Not only Normal skin but also dry and oily skin everybody should use umbrella to protect sun shine and wear that’s kind of dress what is not casual dress just get normal dress. It should not be long or not should be short just comfortable. Whenever you will go out site wash your face and do same when you will come back from outside. Mind that dry skin perspiration are more than other that why you should keep tissue all time.
What should use in our face :Use moisteryging cream with fresh water because it lose his moister . It will make your face little bit easy not dry not oily.please don’t use curbs of cucumber or any other what will make your face more dry. Mix honey, lemon and vegetable oil for a great home made moisteriser for your dry skin. Apply this concoction for 10 minutes.
3.Oily skin care:
Defination: This type of skin is not dry not.Although winter season is more awful for this skin but
little bit better for summer .It is oily but easy to maintain that’s means summer is good season for this kind ofperson who belong this kind of skin.
Morning Preparation:Just wash his face and use ice but never use moister soap. You need to frequently wash your face to remove oily condition.
Food items: Instead of meet and junk food eat more of fresh fruits, salad, and fruit juice to keep the skin in its right form.

What should use in our face :Use curbs of cucumber apple with other fruits curbs. Rub thin apple slices on the face. It will help to lessen oily shine from the face. Repeat it every day. For oily skin, apply a mixture of grapes, lemon and egg white. Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water. While lemon acts as a natural cleanser, grapes will soften your skin and egg whites will tighten it. Don’t worry if your skin tingles.
