Healthy food can help reduce extra fat, make pregnancy and have us happy life. Menopause is one of the symptoms which controled by health situation.Every women should be conscious about their food .There are many food which can support our health otherwise some of food are harmful for our health.All kinds of grains, fresh fruits, and vegetable,fresh meat and great source of  proteins will provide women with plenty of energy.Health is also resposible for lifelong weight control, looking and feeling great at any age. If we follow a few rules about health tips then we can have a helthy and happy life . Now we are gonna to discus about a few special health tips.
Special health tips for Women:
A good balanced diet is essential in maintaining a healthy body and happy life.Always try to avoid to eat junk food, fatty food, red meat, high fat foods etc.These foods are cause of feeling of lethargy, tiredness, depression and bad complexion.Fresh fruits, vegetable and plenty of pure water should add with our everyday food menu.Result of long time drink less water is causes of  kidney stones.According to doctor suggestion that eight glasses of water per day is a minimum. 
Food
 When trying to keep to a healthy lifestyle, the first thing you need to consider is your diet.. Remember, 'rubbish in = rubbish out'. Eating junk food, fatty food and other convenience foods will result in a feeling of lethargy, tiredness, depression and bad complexion just to name a few. Simple changes to make would be avoiding too much red meat, high fat foods and high calorie foods instead substituting this with high fibre low fat food, mixed with a regular intake of fruit and vegetables. Fibre is great for digestion whilst fruit and vegetables will help keep vitamin and mineral levels up. Calcium and mineral are essential for all ages women because good bone strength  minimise problems from onset of Osteoporosis.
Habbits
There are no beneficiary skill on smoking.It harmful for both man and woman.Which women is addicted in smoking can give birth a atism baby.Not only smoking but also alcohol are responsible for this reason.There are many diseases which are responsible for smoking such as breast cancer, Lips cancer, skin cancer, Cervical cancer etc.
Exercise
At least 3-4 days morning in a week should have exercise.Everyday in a week exercise can reduce your fat.It will support you mentally and physically to do all of your day activities.For children and older person yoga is the best way to get exercise.
Make sure that safe your sexual life with your long time life partner.
Make sure you visit with on a regular basis.
